GREENBELT TAPE RELEASE >> OLD + NEW Please join us for an evening of fun and music with our local friends Collapsing Opposites, Half Chinese and, Aunts and Uncles on May 2nd at the Railway Club. We have very new stuff on there, as well as very old old stuff. MENSES Menses is a monthly mixtape collaboration between two local independent labels, Loose Tights Tapes and Distribution and GEOGRAPHING RECORDS. This project features news and music from Vancouver, BC, Canada. It is dedicated to the Safe Amplification Site Society. SASS is a group dedicated to establishing a legal, all-ages music and arts space here in Vancouver. All proceeds of MENSES, outside of production costs, go directly to SASS. AVAILABLE SHORTLY FOR APRIL!!! OUR HOMES ON VINYL! We are putting our first full length album on vinyl! and we are having 50 very special dark green copies pressed. Check out our vinyl cover! This LP is being co-released with our fellow member's new record releasing project SAFE AMPLIFICATION SITE SOCIETY: is a non-profit society dedicated to establishing a permanent all-ages space for music and other arts events in Vancouver. This new space will be financially sustainable and legal in every way. It will be alcohol and drug free, and will be available for any person to organize any kind of cultural event, free of charge. Admission costs for all events at the space will be kept affordable: usually five dollars or less.
